All I know is that I'm 47, soon to be 48, I don't act my age, look it or feel it (well OK, 2 outta 3 ain't bad). My dad would tell you I still have times when I act like the teenager he was forced to deal with. Age is indeed a #. My 30th h/s reunion was in May and it still freaks me out that it's been that long since I graduated. My close friends' kids, and I was there when they were born, are now 28 and 26. The oldest has 2 kids of her own. Where o where did the time go? I remember changing daipers for them. I also know that I'm one of the few among friends and family who doesn't have a meltdown everytime a major milestone b'day comes along. It's never bothered me, and I can't see why it should. I'm still me, the best me I can be. O I'm mature when I need to, but when I look at how my parents acted when they were the age I am now, it's totally different. Thank the rubber duckies for that or I'd be a prude. [;)]
