Does anyone know of a brisbane based munch group. My Sir and i have moved here last week. We are keen to meet others, not for play, but for friendship and socialising with like minded folks.
I have done a search and find nowt. Ausbdsm = no result either. But judging from the amount of sex shops around, there has to be a thriving community surely?
Club Libertine offers us their fascilities, but at $50 just for the pair of us to walk through the door, is a little out of our stretched budget right now.
Anyone know of one, or other ways to meet people in the area for friendship?

Perhaps I'm a tad biased, however there is a great monthly munch down the Gold Coast. I understand that there may be munches in Brisbane but the Brisbane BDSM scene is not only severly fractured but disintergrating due to the original clique playing God;ongs and thus it has spread.... Some of us do band together in (yes an elite I guess) group of close friends who in the most have been attacked or hurt by the nasty clique.... Seeing as half of them are members here I'll probably cop more shyte for this but tough what I say is true....

Thanks for the links, ive tried them, they do not work in the main, or they give tel contact numbers which are no longer in service. Or, they are rather expensive when you are on a budget, and there are 2 of you to fork out for entrance fees. $50 to walk into a place so i can network myself is a tad steep i reckon. And google, ive heard of it, thankyou.
Also heard that about the Brisbane scene. But never been one to judge a book by its God's. Ill meet nice people, or ill move on.
The gold coast munch would take approx how long to drive to from Brisbane Iron Bear, as i hear many good things about there. Dont know my topography yet. Not interested in scening with others at all, just meeting and socialising with others in the lifestyle.
