This is entertainment.
Lies are entertainment.
You are down on your knees,
begging me for more.

I don't claim to understand Korean pop music, I certainly don't pretend to understand why songs go viral and people start to make parody videos in tribute or
response... but this is the U of O, and made me think of my dad, his alma mater, he followed the U of O and we had decals on the car before it was common here in Portland.
I think he would have found this hilarious... plus, the mill pond was where my grandma used to take me as a child to feed the ducks.
...and it was dedicated to Kevin Bacon!

And I will wait, I will wait for you

So I'll be bold
As well as strong
And use my head alongside my heart
So take my flesh
And fix my eyes
That tethered mind free from the lies

But I'll kneel down
Wait for now
I'll kneel down
Know my ground

"Lay, lady, lay, lay across my big brass bed
Lay, lady, lay, lay across my big brass bed
Whatever colors you have in your mind
I’ll show them to you and you’ll see them shine

Lay, lady, lay, lay across my big brass bed
Stay, lady, stay, stay with your man awhile
Until the break of day, let me see you make him smile
His clothes are dirty but his hands are clean
And you’re the best thing that he’s ever seen"

Ooh! So I had a moment of musical clarity. I found the song that explains (some of) my weight gain.

http://youtu.be/VUi1acDR-F4

Yummy, Yummy, Yummy,
I got love in my tummy,
And as silly as it may seem;
The lovin' that you re giving,
is what keeps me livin'
And your love is like
Peaches and cream

Because there's Dylan, and then there's everyone else
"I'll remember you
At the end of the trail
I had so much left to do
I had so little time to fail
There's some people that
You don't forget
Even though you've only seen em
One time or two
When the roses fade
And I'm in the shade
I'll remember you."

You're pushing my buttons,
you know how to touch me.
And I knew that you'd choose me,
by the times that
you tried to refuse me.
It's your thrill, it's your
wonder, it's your will,
it's you're way home.
You're right where you
always wanted to be

Everytime I see your face I think of things unpure, unchaste
I want to fuck you like a dog
I'll take you home and make you like it
Everything you ever wanted
Everything you ever thought of
Is everything I'll do to you
I'll fuck you and your minions, too
Your face reminds me of a flower

As she hung on my cross bleeding, I danced a sexy dance against her restrained body. I had just listened to Caoineadh C Chulainn (Bill Whalen), Violina (Lisa Gerrard), some Dead Can Dance and Lorenza Ponce when the Mummers Dance by Loreena McKennitt came on. It was irresistible and I had passion and I had clarity . . . the clarity to express that passion in a dance as I writhed against her body. It was the first time I had danced anything other than a slow dance in about 40 years.

If I could have a soundtrack to my life, these guys would be part of it.

What A Wonderful World...

I want the Louis Armstrong version of this song played at my funeral.
Along with this gem (Cuz it would be too fucking funny):

Closing time
Open all the doors and let you out into the world
Closing time
Turn all of the lights on over every boy and every
girl
Closing time
One last call for alcohol so finish your whiskey or
beer
Closing time
You don't have to go home but you can't stay here
