It appears that our President's approval ratings have really dipped in past weeks with the way the war has continued and now the rising cost of gas. If he could be re-elected and you voted for him this past election, would you vote for him again?
As for my approval ratings........still waiting, Kevin

I never thought I'd see another president as sad as Slick Willy, but Bush takes the cake. No... I would never vote for him nor another Bush ''family'' member again.

No, didn;t and still won't, our sunday paper here says that this may indeed see a democratic sweep of presidency, house and senate for a long long time.

I didn't vote for him at all. And for the life of  me I can't understand how he got re-elected. What were people thinking?? Sure I know Kerry wasn't a picnic either but at least he can speak with some intelligience. Bush can barely speak never mind lead the country. And that's my biggest hangup. Bush isn't a leader at all. We have this shitty war, high gas prices, Katrina blunders and borders open to anybody who wants in.  We really need somebody who has brains and balls (women included) who can lead and get things done for the average hard working (legal) American.

sorry I'll get off of the soap box ...he just pisses me off.

Not to go too off topic but i hope Kerry doesn't run again. He gave up way too easily. Plus theres the whole thing of him being a flip-flopper that they fixated on. He is talking about possibly running again. ugh.

OK, back on topic! :)

Didn't vote for him. Would never -ever- vote for him. Can't really understand why someone would vote for him.

couldn't vote at the time but damn if i could've...seriously, the US needs to lower the voting age.

i have a real, serious question for everyone.  if Y/you voted for Bush (i don't really care at this point because he's in power and will be until end of term, can't do anything about it now) WHY?!?!  i get Kerry "flip-flopped" on issues.  i get that no matter who won the election, America really lost and we haven't had any good presidents in a long while since Bill Clinton--who cares if he cheated, he got stuff done--but why vote for Bush?

i never liked bush because he was all anti-pro choice for a while there, wasn't he?

I voted for Kerry, and nearly threw up afterwards.  Bush isn't someone I liked, but it was like an option between a plate of feces, or a plate that looks, smells, and acts like feces, but might actually be somthing else.

Seriously, what the hell happened to get someone like Kerry nominated (in hindsight, I'm fairly sure it was the same thing that got someone like Bush put on the ticket the first time)?

Yes he was.....and there is a way we can get rid of him.....people just need to stand up and demand an accounting in regards to the War in Iraq, the hunt for Osama and now the possible confrontation with Iran, as well as get a amjor accounting regarding FEMA and what they HAVE NOT done for folks in Mississippi and Louisianna......We can get rid of him it's called IMPEACH.........for he has lied to the country and (just my opinion) has broken several of the Constitutional laws.........IMPEACH Captain Danger!!!

Sorry.........this subject just pisses me OFF
