I just wanted to share a site i recently learned about and joined. It's for listing items you want to give away and items you want for free. It's like free want ads for free items. You sign up to be a member of your local geographic area so that it's easy to pick up your free items. I've seen some pretty nice things advertised there like pool tables, computers, microwaves, building supplies, clothes (great if your losing weight and need interim sizes),etc.

Too funny proud- I listed this a month or so ago.

There are 3 groups local to me and I joined all of them.

I actually joined one in my area as a result of Mod Trey's post. It got shut down recently due to an mia Mod. I suppose they will start another one when they get someone to Mod the board. I never saw any pool tables, lol, but I did get a lot of very cool supplies for a journaling class that I (got) volunteered to teach at the community center here in town, from that board.

I joined it as well back when mod 3 posted it. There are 2 local groups to me. I used an e-mail address I rarely use..because hey I'm essentially saying spam me. So, I've never traded anything yet. Or gotten or whatever the proper verbage would be. I don't check the account fast enough to get anything. Oh well. It will help me to clean out some larger furniture in my house though.
