This guy corners a cop over him wanting to megaphone the pope visit.

Do you think his rights are violated?

I tend to think-- the megaphone would be rude to the others.

I don't think megaphones are covered by the noise pollution laws, but as you both say, it's bloody rude, and the last thing the rozzers wanted was for somebody to start a riot before the cheap shit was safely out of the country.
