Fill out your profile so it talks about who you are as a person, not just sex/play.
Go to local munches.
Be someone worth submitting to.

Same way anyone finds someone to be in a relationship with. Meet people, date people respectfully, if there's chemistry then talk about what you both need in a relationship.

OP, go to the FAQs thread and look at the bottom of the page. You'll see a link for a website that lists munches/groups all over the world.

I'm located near NC but not involved in BDSM, same shoes as you I would assume... I think reading through these websites and talking to people in your area would be a great place to start, at least that's what I'm trying to do. Peace! :)
