Maher said he will show a clip every week until O'Donnell appears on his show. "It's like a hostage crisis," Maher said. "Every week you don't show up, I'm going to throw another body out."

Going to get real interesting!

The cons got it allllll figger`d out tho,.......

Offer contrived response:

"They`re throwing dirt at her,hoping something will stick".......

With that,O`Donnell will become the lamb-like victim and get enough sympathy votes to win.lol

I remember her on Politically Incorrect.She was always good for being the fundie kook.

Maher made a good point that the nutter-fundies are tired of being the one the GOP sleeps with but won`t take out in public.

They wear the crazy on their sleeves and aren`t going to moderate themselves.

Tho we poke fun at the fundie-train-wrecks,we should keep in mind that they really do believe their propaganda.There`s a saying in fundie-land...."I`ll be a fool for Jesus".O`Donnell embodies that phrase.

Just "YALE" mostly. Look what they graduate, Clintons, Bushs.
I went out with a lady who went to Dartmouth Med school. We took a drive up one sunday, pretty campus especially in the fall.
I'm sure there are plenty of nice people at Amherst but schools like that and "the seven sisters" have a "reputation."
Not a lot of bus driver's kids there.
Lots of alum from Choate, Miss Porter's, Exeter, Andover.

I just looked up the tuition rate for Choate, it's $45-$50 k per year.
Mr Coons definately comes from $Money$. Odd that he'd embrace Marxism.

The very wealthy don't earn degrees all the time, they buy them.
The entrance committees "know" who they're going to get apps from and keep spots "open." They know how old the scion are and which year they'll be applying. They have it down to a science. (I think they have a "book" with all that info, D.O.B., sex, interests, grades etc)
Look at Ted Kennedy's kid Patrick going to Phillips-Andover. He's borderline retarded and should have gone to a remedial or trade school but money talks.
Ted probably had to pay double tuition to get them to "stay quiet" about it.
They've never released his grades nor has Providence college.
DomKen, the very rich are differant than you and me but you know that.

Rove and many others said she had no chance to win that primary. They just might be proven wrong again on November 2nd..

No, actually what Karl Rove said is she is "nutty".

And yes, that's a direct quote.

Why is everyone so interested in a candidate that is 'unelectable' ? Just an observation.

The interest in O'Donnell is not so much out of fear of her (Delaware doesn't have enough uneducated voters for her to have a serious chance there, even as historically restless as people are with the economy this year).  The fascination with her is just how kooky a person can be and still have conservatives backing her simply because she spouts "God", "Freedom" and "Patriot" in a regular rotation of vapid, staccato soundbites.

I'm just marvelling at how empty a person must be to resonate with this sort of candidate.  It's kind of a sociological thing for me I guess.

We really aren't so interested in the unelectable candidates (nb: wherever a bagger won the primary it was a lowvoting state anyhow, I think max 40K voters)
my primary interest is laughing in the face of the fucking tards that think that this is showing logic and reason.

Mike, have you seen her opponent?
A "bearded marxist" by his own description! And,.....he went to,......"Amherst"...... so he may let you in the house to clean his carpets.
And then,.....to "YALE" "divinity school.
I didn't think men went there since the Vietnam war. ("2-S?")

Which Amherst?  UMass Amherst?
What's so weird about going to Yale Divinity school?  That's a top one in the country.

Oh yeah, Popeye, the Ivys offer financial aid, doncha know?

Most evangelicals falsely (either due to ignorance or just their fervent lie-filled crusades against anything threatening to them) conflate witchcraft with Satanism.  O'Donnell does it herself in that Bill Maher show clip.   And they aren't too fond of witchcraft in the first place- recall the crusades against Harry Potter when it first got popular?  Apparently evangelicals realized they lost the public on that one, lol.

That's the hypocrisy boi.  I haven't heard a peep from them this time.   Perhaps their too worn out right now from demonizing Islam.  Maybe I should give them a few days.

Oh, you meant evangelicals, I thought you meant religious conservatives because, well that's what you said in the post I replied to. Silly me.

I don't think I've heard any religious conservative that didn't lump Wicca with satanism.

Thorn, "Amherst College" not "Zoo Mass."
During Vietnam you couldn't get into most divinity schools, you couldn't get into most schools period because they were all full. Hell, you couldn't get into the National Guard unless your father was a wealthy doctor, businessman, lawyer etc. National Guard units didn't go to Vietnam in those days, if they needed 100,000 guys they just drafted them! And noone wanted to get drafted so those N.G. spots were much coveted and many a state rep or senator got calls from,..."the beautiful people" inquiring about young Arther's chances of serving his country, ...in the National Guard of course.
And yes, I'm aware that ivy league schools offer financial aid but you'd always be "the bus driver's kid."
They have "trust funds" from their grandfathers and great grandfathers and many of them could probably "buy" the schools they attend.

Ah.  You mean like Bush 43.
You know, pops, you sound like a heathen that would advocate income redistribution.

My beef with the Ivys is the whole legacy admission process, where you get a lot of consideration if one of your parents are an alumni.

Yea, I think your right. I've actually educated quite a few at my church, when the subject has come up. I think people tend to fear things they don't understand. The only way to change that is through education, but first you have to get them to listen.

Mike, of course I do. If you have enough MOO-LAAH you can buy all the educated people you need!
Yes, I'd be "damn glad" they were educated and making me even more money and willing to do my bidding!
And even if I didn't have an education when I was handing out their yearly bonuses they'd be telling me that I was the smartest guy in the world!
How could anyone be against education?

O`Donnells response the the witchcraft thingie.......

“So what?” “It was high school. Everyone was a bit weird. It wasn’t like his horns were very big or anything.”

O’Donnell, a Tea Party Republican, said the few animal sacrifices she attended were handled in a caring and humane way.

“Just because we cut out the entrails of an animal and raised them high to the night skies doesn’t mean the animal suffered in any way,” O’Donnell contended. “And smearing our naked bodies in blood — well, that was just like fingerpainting.”

O’Donnell added that whatever sexual activity that took place at the midnight Satanic “picnics” she attended was “typical teenage stuff.”

“Until you’ve had sex with a goat, you can’t believe how incredibly sensitive they are,” said the GOP’s November hopeful.

In addition to championing witchcraft as a worthwhile teenage right of passage, O’Donnell has been a passionate opponent of masturbation. Her “don’t touch, don’t swell” initiative seeks, among other things, to teach kids to inform on their parents who might be engaged in “ungodly practices.”

~~~~~~~~~~~
Boy Pop,you tea-baggers really know how to pick`m.
Hey Pop,hat`s your official position on masturbation?
People want to know......
