Sorry pa, the guy in the video lost me the minute he mispronounced Bernake's name as "Ber-Knackee".  The name is "Bern a Key".  Any doofus too stupid to know how to properly pronounce a name, has zero credibility in my eyes.

I think P. Schiff here is playing on popular support by misleading the public on Federal Reserve intentions. He uses popular understanding of inflation: consumer goods prices going up compared to income growth. Federal Reserve looks at inflation as an increase in money supply that includes credit. For the Federal Reserve we are in deflation as there is a credit contraction.
