threadbare -> Issues with sent messages? (9/23/2010 2:07:15 PM)
Hi All I wonder if anyone might be having a similar experience? It's a rare occasion I'd want to unsend or recall a sent message. But it seems to not be working at all. When I check it and hit unsend on the unread message or any other unread messages cm notifies no messages were checked. I've tried editing it first then trying, checking multiple to unsend together.. There are pics attached (which is my cause for trying to get it back) Is that tripping me?
Cheers. Thanks to anyone who read or has insight, C

Don't open the message to unsend. You check the little box beside the email you wish to unsend and then click unsend. If the email has been opened, I don't believe you an unsend it. I don't know, but there are ways to read without it showing that you read it. Maybe that's what happened and you weren't able to unsend it because they did read it. I don't know. I have never heard of this happening the way you describe it.
The best thing to do is don't send pictures to people until you are sure you want them to see them.

FYI, Lockit, Part of a cockshot in your cmail, a pic of the whole thing would bring down the entire global internet.
Hope it helps.

Ron, do not tease me! You're hitting unsend right now aren't you?
Oh hell... forget the picture, just bring your entire global internet threatening cock on home to mama! I'm sure I can think of something to do with it! [:)]

You can modify the message and erase it that way if you really want to get rid of it
