I really believe there are good reasons why both physicians and pyschologists exist and thrive in their practices.

Something is wrong.  Please do consult a professional and find out exactly what it is.  Tell them everything they need to know, even if it doesn't seem relevant.

And best of luck.

Nods to the dr I have a physician appointment on the 16th i will adress it there..I hate to cry it makes my eyes hurt...and one of my charges has read my post porr lil thing she is worried about me and I know I am going to be alright it is just a passing thing It is most likely just a compilation of getting over pneumonia and playing catch up at school as that is the major stress in my life. I guess the dr will tell me and we shall see...it might have been a reaction to the medications i was on while I was ill (codeine) but I was only on it for a couple weeks. Perhaps the inhalers I do not know which is why it is rather annoying to me to not figure it out...Like I said I cannot fathom it being anything psychological, and I wasnt aware that physical ilness could produce them for such a long time....Talking about the dreams here has really helped me and I appreciate everyones support...

Right now oddly enough I fell like I want to take a little nap before my afternoon errands...odd when I do nap in the afternoon for an hour I dont dream then its only at night...about an hour or two into my sleep cycle...I wonder if that makes a difference.

Contrary to popular belief, dreams have very little to do with reality.  Yes, that means that those who pretend to interpret dreams and predict the future are nothing but frauds.

Dreams are little tidbits of what happened during the day and during your life intermingled with responses from the nerve endings as different parts of your body are rejuvenated.  That is all they are.

Now that you know that, you are on your way to mastering your problem.

1. Watch the movie "They"

2. See about having a Native American Dream Catcher. According to the practacies of the Alabama-Cashata Tribe in South East Texas bewteen Tyler and Polk County, a real dream catcher is one hand made and given as a gift. There purpose is to capture bad dreams and allow the person to sleep well.

3. Have more activities and exercise through out the day to tire yourself out more. It may cause your body to be in more Deep Sleep and less REM.

4. Sometimes, holistic and perhaps prescription remadies may be needed to help you sleep better.

Whatever you do, it's best to not allow some nutt job of a hypnotherapist convince you're having visions of some alternate past life or an alien abduction.

Sleep well

How does someone stop nightmares and waking up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat afraid for no reason?  Does anyone have a clue how to stop nightmares?

I often have nightmares, waking up in the middle of the night, sweating, crying.  I spoke to my family doctor and he gave me sleeping pills, it did not work.  Some have told me to read a book before going to bed and i dont mean a thriller or an horror book.

You're a bit too young to be pre-menopausal, but maybe not.

Go see your doctor or find an endocrinologist and have your thyroid levels checked.  Low thyroid will cause night sweats and night terrors.

Low estrogen levels: ditto.

They can be an indication of a lymphoma.

Night sweats and night terrors also happen to be a symptom of TB (tuberculosis) so a TB test wouldn't be unheard of, either.

Once those are ruled out, you can address the sleep disorder issues.

Don't procrastinate.  Go!

See a Therapist soon there maybe some deep seeded issues that only come out in your unconcious state as you're able to suppress them when you're awake...
Meditate & try to absorb as much Positive Aetheric Energy as you can...
