I feel sorry for the collectors and for the people in debt unable to pay. The collectors who make the calls probably work for the minimum wage plus a small commission. They have difficulties to remain sane under the current economic climate. It is hard to understand how can you collect anything by phone? It must be one of the worst jobs.
