i'm five minutes late to work.
i buy cookbooks instead of paying bills.
i feed the cat dry food instead of wet.
i waste time.
i don't work hard enough.
i'm unfocused.
i feel like i don't like my family.
i resent things.
i argue too long.
i fart.

I feel bad when I am unable to help the homeless guy that takes cigarette butts outta the sandbucket in front of work by giving him some money.

I feel bad when I snap and lash out at friends when I am in a pissy mood.

You are a better person than i. i feel bad when the homeless guy asks for money, but usually out of guilt, not out of empathy.

it is often guilt, to be honest.. guilt because I dont have the money, nor the time to give to the shelters etc.

I feel bad when I:
can't help Pam continue her thread because I always want to help people feel the good, and the love and the joy.

I feel bad when I'm not there to help raise someone's vibration, but then I remind myself that everything happens as it does for a reason.

I feel bad when I forget to do my meditations, but then I forgive myself because I'm human!

Sorry Pam, I tried, but I won't allow "me" to beat myself up!

I feel bad when no one jumps on Pam's thread, so I will help.

I feel bad when I have horrible time management skills and my Man, who is also my boss, winds up waiting for me. ( a lot ).

I feel bad when I get back from a trip and discover I left my favorite night cream in the hotel bathroom! Boo :-(

I feel bad when I forget to see how fantastic my life is and whine about shit like night cream...

I feel bad when I can't organize my office because I spent the weekend having fun instead and now I have to go to my office in town and spend the day organizing and not working at His office and I think he is going to be mad.

I feel bad when my mother guilts me about not going to see her and my father often enough.

I feel bad every day when I don't get all the things done I need to.

I feel bad when I'm reading what everyone else is feeling bad about, and I don't feel the same in many of the same situations........

I feel bad that now I may not a good human bean..........

But then I feel a bit better when I think of the good things I do......I know, not the right feeling, but eh.....

And pam, I'm sure for every one thing you feel bad about, you do many more good things to balance the scales out.......
