A little different topic, but thinking on it the other day. Who have you seen in TV or a Movie, that does not play an obvious Dom/Domme, that you would think would be perfect for it. For example: Dangerous Liasons: Both John Malkovich's and Glenn Close's characters. They were delicious!

Entrapment, with Sean Connery. Even my son gets hot flashes when he watches he girl being trained to dance through the lines of rope, blindfolded. Why only Doms? Many act subbie and get me all jazzed up, lol. I am such a sicko that I even perv on Shultz while watching Hogan's Heroes. I used to watch that show when I was a little kid, and now I have a new reason to watch it. Hogan seemed Dom and Shultz and Labeau were just adorable. NCIS. It is a strange, D/s family. Gibbs is Dom and he has turned the ones in his group into subbies. It is cute watching them...helps me to not react negatively to all the "dead bodies" on the show. My focus is on that "family." I've always thought Severus Snape from the Harry Potter series was subbie, though girlfriends who were Snape fans used to duke it out with me insisting he was Dom. Not even. That character was first owned and branded with a Dark Mark by Lord Voldemort, and then owned by Dumbledore... [:D] I like characters in movies, moreso than the actors. I wouldn't want to speculate whether an actor is a Dom or a subbie.

Lwaxana Troi played by Majel Barrett was the widow of Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry. She was definitely an over-dramatic characterization of the Domme stereotype . She traveled with slave named Mr. Homn.

Is there a reason you are omitting the two men from "The Vampire diaries" (The evil brother and the history teacher)?
