The cb200 is an older model and effective as well as less expensive than the cb3000. But the CB 3000 is a much better device in My opinion, even though it will cost a few dollars more. Yes, it is adjustable, and it is made of very durable plastic and comes in 2 main pieces. There is a ball cuff to go up, under and around the testicles and comes in 5 sizes so you can get a good fit. There is the main body of the device which is the cage that encases the penis. There are two pins that connect the ball cuff to the cage and another locking pin (which comes in three sizes also for best fit). The device also includes several spacers for good fit, in case some room is needed betwen the ball cuff and the cage intself. The pins and spacer are all in white plastic. There is a metal lock, and the cb3000 also provides 5 plastic locks which can be cut off (no key necessary) in case of travel through airports etc. These plastic locks are replaceable should you travel often and use them often.
If you male is more endowed, then an alternative to the cb3000 would the "the curve" which is very similar in design but has a larger cage to accomodate a larger male.
I find the device to be extremely effective. It is important and may take a bit to get the correct fit. It is important to check the balls for color and warmth, to ensure that circulation is not being cut off. it is possible for a male to become sexually excited while in the device, but he cannot masturbate and will not (or should not) orgasm. Arousal also often occurs just in fitting the device (LOL), but if it becomes too troublesome, just try dipping his cock into a nice ice water bath! Urination is accomplished in a sitting position of course. I prefer the clear (usually offered in pink and gray also) as I have an unobstucted of the position of the penis. I, personally, highly recommend the cb3000. Other than piercing...which I do not prefer...it is a most effective chastity device.
