"A conservative group against illegal immigration has called for the arrest of Meg Whitman, the GOP's candidate for governor of California, and her former housekeeper Nicky Diaz for breaking immigration laws. The Americans for Legal Immigration PAC said Thursday that Whitman should stand trial and Diaz should be deported.

So I ask again, where's the outrage? You guys give Whitman shit for having an illegal employee, but Obama a pass for having an illegal Aunt squatting off the government of Ma.

p.s. If you actually read the letter Allred posted, you would see it doesn't say what Allred say's it does, and it also specifically says that the Whitmans could NOT use it to determine immigration status, and if it was found out that the Whitman's DID use it to fire the maid, they would be breaking the law.
