Any truth to the rumor that a satellite photo appears to reveal the image of Three Bears?

Or could this planet be "Just Right".

They figure it out. Mass of the planet, mass of the star, all that. Not entirely accurate, but it's all we have. If they're right, as long as there is something to eat and a suitable atmosphere many species of our insects could live there. Plus they have little or nothing to go on concerning specific weather patterns there. The atmosphere is quite a moderating force, even here on our beloved terra firma without the atmoshpere we would bake every day and freeze every night. There could be some quite temperate zones. This depends on the land mass/large bodies of water distribution. Energy absoption, evaporation and convection can have a profound effect on climate, they do here.

Status: offline 		Cool stuff, Greedy. It just makes sense that they are out there. Was it really all that long ago that the they first positively identified planets of any kind outside our solar system?

Status: offline 		It might get sticky if the aliens have their own crucifixion story with a bug-eyed monster who died for their sins.

I mean, Jesus was apparently God's only begotten Son, so if the aliens have an alien-Jesus, then that means there are two Jesuses, one human, and one bug-eyed, so that means the Bible is wrong. Twice, if the bug-eyes have a version of the Bible that says the same thing as ours. Oh, and if Jesus and alien-Jesus were created in God's own image, then there's a question or two to answer there as well. Unless the alien-Jesus was created in our image and not theirs, in which case our Bible is righter than theirs. But if that is the case, why would the bug-eyes worship a God whose only begotten son didn't look like them? I mean, how would that work?

But of course, none of this will be a problem if the bug-eyes don't have a bible or an alien-Jesus of their own, because then they will be Godless aliens, and we'll need to do some serious missionary work with them. But I wonder why God would create another creation and then not give them an alien-Jesus to show them the way? Unless, of course, they never went wrong in the first place like we did. In which case they might not be godless bug-eyes at all...

I dunno - this whole thing raises more questions than it answers, to my mind.
