I'm far from perfect but I'll be glad to talk. You can live a christian life and this life as well..In fact they mix quite well..When I'm not living a christian life it doesn't have anything to do with M/s living.

There's no conflict between being a "christian" and liking this lifestyle.
You could be getting your ass spanked in bondage and then two hours later cutting a check to a homeless shelter.
I don't think it's an "either-or" proposition.
You can be a christian and still have fun!

You might think about talking to a counselor.  I note this because you say that you are confused about your sexuality.  A counselor can give you some tips and tricks to help you with this.

As a reverend, I'm glad you've decided to return to a christian life, but try not to worry too much about things such as your sexuality.  Homosexuality was only "outlawed" in the Laws of Leviticus, and Jesus Fulfilled and ended the law.  I personally don't believe God has any issue with homosexuality.  Worship Him, live as good a life as you're able, ask Him for forgiveness when you feel you have failed, and be at peace.  I personally like to think God's not as quick to condemn as we make him out to be.  If you want a christian friend to talk to, I'd love to chat with you about it.

Edited because I'm tired and made a spelling error, and also because I need to reread my bible.

I agree with the message. Jesus wouldn't have rejected a gay man (or woman).

But how dare you lie about the Bible. "Jesus himself said 'Cast ye out the laws of Leviticus.' " He never said it. Give chapter and verse.

Status: offline 		Bugger all, this is what I get for simply assuming my friend knows the bible better than me.  He told me that quote a year ago, and claimed he'd forgotten where it was.  I've been using that as a quote for a long time, and never even thought to look for it.  I am SO sorry, and I should have known better. When you said that, I actually started looking, using online bibles to search faster, and couldn't find it.  I have nothing to say except I'm ashamed.  It was PETER who said Jesus fulfilled the law and ended it, here:
Romans 10:4
Christ is the end of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes.

I'm going to remove that false quote from my last post, and again, I'm terribly sorry.

Forgiveness. A wonderful concept to be given to Humanity. The ability to be sincere and apologize for a wrong, and be allowed to move forward, awashed of guilty or suffering.

Its understood MasterMatt, that at one point or another, anyone of us, will screw up, either in life, or on these here forums. Its a good thing, that we remember that if someone apologizes for the action or word, they could be forgiven. And allow all parties to move forward.

And Master Matt, I love that quote from the actual Bible. To me, it's the verbal expression of Jesus' actions in John 8:1-11 and Matthew 15:21-28. My human paraphrase: Yes, the rules say I must do this. But that wouldn't be Godly.

I have been a rule-mongerer for many years, but unfortunately for me, my Master doesn't agree with me.

Not necessarily. Mainstreaming BDSM has been working wonderfully for those who want to clean it up and "normalize" it.

I think you misunderstood the gist of my comment. BDSM has increasingly influenced popular media and culture, to the point where it has become more accepted by the mainstream. It has allowed "normal" people with perceived "normal" orientations and morality to cherry pick what they want from it from a distance and import it into their sex lives while still maintaining negative or ignorant stigmas about people in BDSM or BDSM in general. Heretic's (seeming) assumption that engaging in D/s acts or dialog irreversibly changes they way one sees themselves and the world, while true for some, isn't so for all.

No, that's why I asked the question because I was uncertain which direction you were going with it.

And I'm still not completely certain.  Are you hoping for the mainstreaming of BDSM?

Because to me part of the attraction is that it is viewed as taboo.

When I was growing up seeing two girls together was every boy's fantasy.

Then it became mainstream, and boring.
