Status: offline 		the only thing I usually ask the mods is how they are.. I see no reason to dedicate a forum for such inane questions.  If my questions are of a more policy driven question, then I email them directly.

Seriously, if I have a question for a Mod, I either write them directly or throw the subject up as an off topic thread.  I've never had a question that went unanswered.

At 375 degrees (the cooking temp), the roasting time for a 5-7 pound hen is 2-2.25 hours.

Who needs the mods, just ask a cook!  (I would've figured out the hours per pound, but my math sucks, and I haven't had any caffeine yet, so gimme some slack!)
