Hello all
I am new to this site and to this lifestyle. my husband has just recently told me about his feelings and what he wants (me to be dom and him a sub) although i had an idea about this for a while i need help with doing this well. if anyone has any pointers for me or helpful hints all would be greatly appreciated

What do you want? In my opinion, no one should come here unless they want to be here. If you want to be here, you'll get all sorts of delicious ways to answer that question, and if you don't, you need to know that now.

Welcome to the forums. The answer to your question depends on large part to what you are looking for pointers on. The search button in the upper right corner of your screen is a great place to start if you know what you want... other than that, try the Ask a Mistress or General BDSM sections.

I suggest starting with The Topping Book for you and The Bottoming book for him, both from Greenery Press. S/m 101 and Screw the Roses, Give me the Thorns are also good primers for the beginner. Consider joining in some local groups which hold discussions to get some hands on training in the areas which interest you and above all, have some fun! Yes... i completely forgot about that. Watching other people is a great way to learn, and there are bound to be local groups and play parties in your area. i've never heard of a play party where you were required to participate, so you and the hubby can just sit back, watch, learn, and enjoy.
