The momentum continues to build. Trust me I've refrained from posting any of the other voluminous articles from reputable sources I've been reading.

Attorney General Richard Cordray called the alleged fraud the "tip of an iceberg of industrywide abuse of the foreclosure process."

"It certainly seems likely that other states will follow," said Diane Thompson, counsel at the National Consumer Law Center.

I thought TARP was so cheap?

I dont care for banks. I hate modern business practices that are full of "gotchas".

I did tho- read the mortgage that I signed.

There has been another robo-signer deposed, and the deposition was recently released by Florida AG McCullom. The depo appears to have been taken in late September.
