If you say were on a production line, and over the past month you completed 1700 pieces of work, and your boss calls you in and says we found fault on two pieces of your work one day, and three prices of work on another and one piece of work on a third day. Would you say that they are looking for an excuse to find fault?

Would you say that for 6 and a half years that you were the top performer in the company, and that all you received was  praise on your work and awards for the way that you did your job. Now a new boss comes in a decides "Oh no, we have to do this and we can't do that" and then all of a sudden people in your job are dropping like flies, and you are the senior person on the floor and all of a sudden the way that you've been doing things for the past 6 and a half years is wrong and that you aren't a team player etc any more. that you might be sizing you up to fire you!

In the Past 6 months at my job, we have lost over 40 employees, and two supervisors, one department has become so decimated that the supervisor in the department was told he would have to do the employee's job. All Because they are trying to cut costs and force us to produce more.

I've seen a employee break down in tears because of the call volume, and then have the manager tell her "Well if you can't handle the pressure go work for Burger King". We already know that another division has been told they will be closed at Christmas, and we on a daily basis have to pick up their slack because so many people have left.

If fault is all you seek to find, fault is all you will find!

The best time to look for a new job is while you have one. You can see the writing on the wall. So go job hunting.

Umm I would rather find affirmation of something good in a person than to find fault.

Why not form a union?

I feel sorry that you have to work there. I've worked in a place where people were dropping like flies...soon more people were quitting than getting fired. I've quit too, since I could not bear working in a company that didn't care about its employees.

When I worked in group homes-  the patients were not a problem.  Almost never.

Management and some of the staff- HA!

What a circus.

Business politics suck.  One of the main reasons I started my own business.
