My best guess, based on what I heard over the radio from the parents, is that it was a police operation directed against father who owns several firearms and has associations with people the government does not like.  The tactics is standard; make the life of people miserable and force them into huge legal expenses thus "teaching them a lesson". The government does not really care about being sued in these cases (taxpayer pays, lawyers make money).

There is ALWAYS more to the story.   While I dont know everything on this- I did hear the dad interviewed- where there was NO MENTION of the 2 kids being neglected.   Being - that -the dad omitted this- (He was on Alex Jones)   I tend to think he is guilty.   He had ample time on Alxes show to bring that up- and it was not mentioned.

Alex also went bonkers over the supreme court - about to weaken the 1st amendment over the Babtist funeral protests.    I dont agree that it dooms the 1st amendment.   It is like yelling fire in a crowded theater.

On the local level--  CPS has to be accurate.    Yeah- I know about the former FBI guy....

Anyhow-  the hating the govt is a side issue.

What you are advocating is the right to abuse children based upon some twisted belief that parents have the rights over their offspring to do whatever they please

And this is why I don't vote. Don't blame me for the fuctards in office, I did not vote for them.

And all the links and leads reiterate what many know is true.. but unfortunately many is not enough.

And if any one reading this or commenting here were to be found dead tomorrow would any one give a shit for you? No.

And as for my 'personally' knowledge? I was one of the numerous falsely accused by cops and judges knowingly fabricating arrest affidavits that did not match my own self surveillance audio and video I carried on me and in my vehicles and on my phones. Obviously I am still alive to write that because I only pissed off a few dope dealing cops and not one of 538 that allegedly run this shit hole.

I think the title should be 'More Dysfunctional Americans are under attack'.

There is alot of blacked out content in that affadavit.   If anyone thinks the child was removed merely for those political beliefs and not for all the other reasons that were behind all that blackout, then you are perpetrating drama.

well without referencing anything your comment is to far to general for me to comment on. 

Infringement however is an injury and rights do not overrule the commission of a crime.  I thought I was clear on that point?

I get the impression that people do not know where the line is between right's authority and crime and what is nothing more than a "penalty"?

What authority does anyone have to violate your rights and seize your child on presumption of some social misfeasance without due process of law with possibly one and only one exception that being sworn affidavits by witnesses upon probable cause that the childs life is believed to be in imminent danger by said parent?

Because said parents previous children were abused by one of the said parents... proven.

Because that parent was ordered to take anger management classes, and never showed up for one.

Wont even discuss the fact that the mother was also abused and yet refuses to leave the man.

She can stay.

The children are a whole nother matter.

Dad abused his other children and refused to get the help he needed to prevent future abuse. By what line of reasoning do you maintain that dad wont abuse again?
