Two men who stood up and jumped in to save others, in the same week.

And they're both Hispanics.  Blue collar at that.

I'm wondering if this is more than a coincidence.  Perhaps Hispanics are culturally less averse to stepping in and getting involved?  Or do they tend to live in the kinds of places where these crimes are more apt to occur?
