Ostentatiousness isn't that bad. Of course, I only speak for myself, but I'd rather have to look up words that someone has said, than have to decypher some new dialect of American l33t 5p34k. On the other hand, if people aren't interested in looking up words or decyphering them, they'll probably skip over them all. It doesn't matter how well I choose my words, if either nobody can understand me, or nobody wants to take the time to understand me...and I guess the same goes for everyone...
Bleh, I should just let this thread die, and go back to Torque and Java.
