Any criticism of Obama is good, regardless of how hypocritical, pointless, or divorced from reality it happens to be, if you're a member of the teabagger massive and/or the GOP.

I know too many people on the right who don't feel that way, so I am going to have to call bullshit on this one. But no one is surprised about that, I am sure.

Really? Feel free to provide a link to a pro Obama posting by a rightist (or independent, natch) poster on here, then.
I'm buggered if I can think of anything one of your lot has said about the Kenyan that isn't deeply critical at best, and at worst out where the buses don't run.

If I do, will you stop refering to him as "the Kenyan"?

If that's the best you can find, I think you've just proved me right.
(And I'll stop calling him the Kenyan when some of the dimmer rightists in here shut up about this birther crap.)

You asked for a link, I gave it to you. Which proved you wrong, not right. But don't let facts confuse you there. Wouldn't want your head to spin off.

There's nothing very positive in there, I'm afraid. I suppose it might look that way to you, but then you lean a bit to the right yourself.

It looked that way to me, because I am the one who typed it and I meant it in a positive way. That is why I started it with "on a positive note"

It's about as grudging and dismissive as a positive note can get, I'm afraid.

Moon I have made dozens of comments on how glad I am that Obama hasd not emptied GITMO and continues to take the war to our enemies. I am happily surprised that he has adopted a strategy of targeted assassination.

I was afraid he would drop the ball on National Defense, but was wrong.

Turned out that we just need a democratic to be ordering execution without trial, and your side would be 100% supportive of it.

Targeted assassination was taking place under Bush, not that I heard any from the right complaining about it. Maybe Obama should text Bin laden and co and they will be on the next flight to Washington.

Why would l-dawg complain (or most hawks) complain about it?

Best ask him, he often makes a point of mentioning it. I have stated often enough I am all for taking out terrorists, providing there is proof. What makes the drone attacks wrong is when they hit wedding parties and such.

What proof have you ever seen other than "the Government said they deserve to be killed with no trial"?

Civilian casualties are way down from the thousands and thousands under bush-dick.

They still happen but it`s now rare. And we are killing al-queda and taliban leaders.

We always had the tools and instruments. We just needes a good Dr. who cared enough to pay attention.

Yes, o59 also never demanded trials and rights.

He was always in favor of killing people with no trial based on secret evidence.

Wierd you post an article about the war IN afghanistan, while I am refering to the CIA bombings in pakistan and yemen.

But then, changing the subject is one of your main tactics...

You fail to grasp much of what anyone posts for the sake of your own Dawgma. There is a vast difference between a drone attack on a terrorist hideout and imprisoning innocent people in Gitmo. When you learn the distinction you will understand the debate a bit better.

YOU fail to grasp the hypocrisy!

Killing them on sight is fine and wonderful - so long as its a D doing it.

But locking them up? Why, Rs were responsible so those were war crimes...

He`s feeling guilt and shame over gitmo and severe jealously over Obama`s success at prosecuting the war.

That`s why he`s attempting to link the subjects.
