On the news tonight they showed Joe Isuzu (Bill Clinton) out in Nevada stumping for whorehouse Harry. He said, "Reid delivers time and time again." Ok, Las Vegas is the foreclosure capital of the country, Nevada is number one in bank failures, in the top three I think for bankruptcies, and number one in unemployment. Now they said that Sharon Angle is steadily pulling away from him in all polls and,....she collected $14 Million in donations in the last quarter! That's HUGE! And whorehouse Harry says he didn't have anything to do with any of this financial malaise that we're in! Boy! When they have to dust off Bill Clinton to talk (for) you you know you're in big trouble!

Last I checked, a 'donation' is 'another person's money', given in good faith to another person or organization. So yes, it is a curious set of questions, I will not be surprised, if they are not answered. Because, as we all know, Republican/Tea Party members, hate accountibility. But they are more then happy (estastic even), to point fingers at Democrats on accountibility.

The fact that Nevada is number 1 in foreclosures speaks volumes about cause of all the trouble. It was really caused by fraud initiated by private sector lenders. I don't think Nevada is prime territory for Fanne & Freddie putting poor people into housing. Out of all the people who should never have been given mortgages, 20% of the problem was Fannie and Freddie. 80% of the problem is on the private sector bankers who handed out excessive mortages FOR PROFIT. Initiate the loan, sell it to Wall St for bundling into securities, and wipe you own hands of any risk. Vegas is ground zero because of the nature of its clientele and the predatory private sector lenders who 'worked over' that clientele.

Thats why all 50 states have stopped foreclosures. All those bad bad fraudulent people who are looking for part of the dream.. cos yanno, housing is only for those who can afford to pay inflated prices. working joes can rent...

After this clusterfuck of a housing situation was built, we can thank former congressman Phil Gramm of Texas for the casino legislation that magnified its negative impact 50 to 60 times. Not only did the buyers of these bundled mortgage securities want 'insurance' protection on their purchase, but people who had no involvement in these mortgage securities were gambling on the prospect of their default, and expecting to get paid when the mortgages did default. When the banks imploded and AIG went on life support, it was over the gambling liabilities. When your tax money pays for a TARP bailout, its bailing out the gambling part, not the irresponsible housing loan part. BTW, the Madoff scandal has similarities to Greenspan. Madoff happened because you had deregulators working in regulatory jobs at the SEC. Rather than enforce regulations, those deregulators looked the other way. A major difference here is that damage from Madoff was confined to a handful of rich jewish estates. It wasn't as widespread as the fallout from the dynamic duo of Greenspan and Gramm.

Rule, didn't Angle start out at 38% or so 6-8 months ago? Now she's at 49% and gaining. I'd call that pretty "steady!" Wouldn't you?
