I have been looking for a long time for a RELIABLE straight crossdresser in Dallas.

It is absolutely impossible to find one who is responsible and reliable.

Dommes...please tell me what your experience has been with trannies.

Isn't "tranny" a bit un-PC these days?

Transgendered is not sissy is not crossdresser. There are lots of trans folks here in metro Detroit, most are super folks. I still have deep ambivalence about many MtF folks, but I am a staunch supporter of anyone who wants to transform their life.

As far as crossdressers go... I find that many are so fixated on their fetish that anyone that will ENABLE them is perfectly fine. I love to play dressup, and I am good at makeup and fashion (I FAIL at hair!) but I don't seek out CD companions. I am not turned on by men en femme, so I never wanted a CD spouse or partner. I wouldn't mind having a CD pal to shop and such with... but yeah, reliability is a big issue.

OP, after some of the comments that you've made on the boards, is it possible that you're not finding the right fit due to the attitude of it that you seem to project?

I don't have an interest in anyone who is into cross dressing as a partner, but I have a number of folks who are friends who engage in the activity.  One transgendered person who is so reliable that they have been on staff as a volunteer at a public dungeon for years.  I haven't noticed any unreliability problem.  Maybe it's the people you are connecting (or better yet, not connecting) with.

so do you want a cross dresser?  a transgendered person? ... or a sissy?  They are all very different... hmmm.. then there's the transexuals...

so, it might not hurt to figure out exactly what you're looking for but frankly, I think its about who you attract more than anything else, so you might take a look at the bait you're putting out there and modify it

Not a Domme, but you posted in General BDSM.  From a purely submissive point of view,  I can only offer to you that your profile reads to me as strictly a professional advertisement.  Despite the caveat that there is the possibility of a separate, non-professional relationship, that simply poses as a glimmer of hope there could be more than just a pay for play union.

Your profile also tends to indicate that affluence=superlative.  Now, I don't mean to imply that you can't have it all, and I am not implying you should settle for someone who can't pay their bills. It seems to me that someone who isn't necessarily affluent (and perhaps you should qualify what affluent means to you) will never meet  your standards, regardless of their reliability and responsibility.  After all, Paris Hilton IMHO is quite affluent, but how reliable and responsible is she?

As a resident crossdresser, let me try to help:

1.) Define what you mean by "reliable?" because in a general context I find that reliability mostly has to do with with individual personalities, having to correlation with where they are on the gender spectrum.

2.) Transgender is a blanket term for all people who don't follow the gender binary. Where on the spectrum were you looking specifically?

3.) If you are looking for clientele your profile is fine I guess, otherwise it might be a bit intimidating.

That is aweful. But you didn't give us much information so we can try to help. What do you think you are doing wrong that is causing this?

The Household I currently visit periodically sees other boys as well, and it is astounding to me how many simply fail to show up without a courtesy call/text/email.  (and no-shows are never invited back--their loss, for sure.)  Perhaps you should focus less on the "tranny" aspects and more on the "responsible" issues that fail to meet your expectations.

Then again, if someone called me a "trannie," I probably wouldn't show up, either.

(And I've been known to work for baked goods. I've more of a Tastykake person myself)
