I don't know if this is the place to ask but with so many like minded people, I thought I would try.

I adore the life, I adore being who I am, so much so that I would love to turn this into an income. There are several Clubs in the city I am in and the scene is scattered. So a club is not my goal.

I have a product line of toys and gear for sale via home parties and events. I really want to expand on that. Sales are not what they could be most because of working capital. Needless to say I was frustrated with the quality at sex stores and the outrageous prices so I found my own suppliers. Toys, gear, clothes, footwear. Now I just need a way to make it succeed.

Next I have been approached by a few men for paying sessions ( no sex) just the rest of it. I love the idea, would love to make it work. But I am unsure on where to start that. I have 14 years experience, since I was quite young. Can tell you about most things and because I sell the products I can tell you what that entails if product issues come up. I ave had many mentors, first aid training and know all the in and outs of safe play and consent. I just don't have any idea on how to pull it all together as a working business.

Lastly I have full support of my collared boy. I would never do any of this and put at risk our relationship outside of this life.

Any IDEAS would be great or advice.

I'm not following. You evidently have suppliers for toys and are looking for retail channels. At the same time, you want to session for money. That sounds to me like two separate enterprises.
Do one or the other, not both.

As a FemDom... you can have it all...We, Domme woman are made to do more than ONE thing, so to have two businesses that merges your loves and passion is ideal. SOME folks (remain nameless are idiots) Men!!!

It is good business sense to do the both, I do and still could use to make more money,,LOL. Do what you love, create the balance and have f**king fun!

Okay, let me clarify... Start one business up at a time.

You sound like you could use someone to bounce ideas off. SCORE is a great volunteer organization but I doubt they're kink friendly. Maybe your collared sub could work with you?

Ello!

Your first idea - toys and gear has the potential to scale up if you get the products/marketing right (but it's fucking difficult to do)

Your second - Pro Domming - do read the threads - I won't bother you with all the safety advice (I'm assuming you're bright enough to have thought it through), the biggest issue I see potentially is that the fun can really go out of something you enjoy doing recreationally once you start doing it professionally... The other element is that this business model isn't quite as potentially scalable...

Travel to some local events... here in Dallas.. Beyond Vanilla and South Plains Leather Festival.. get the word out about your stuff by setting up a booth and selling it and set up a website where people like me can go see and perhaps purchase..just an idea

The web site is coming....as soon as I can work the rest of the bugs out with the drop shipping as I don't want the manual work of compiling orders and delivery. Also a good way to minimize cost. Its a bit tricky. I am also looking for someone a bit more proficient in website back end usage. Then that will solve that problem. I also pay most people in toys that lend a helping hand. They really enjoy the quality and come back as paying customers.

If you plan to go pro, the first thing you should do is see an attorney, kink friendly if there is one. Local and state laws very and you could be looking at serious legal problems in many areas of the country. Wisconsin for example is not a good place to become a pro dom.
