in a sub/slave his penis size doesn't matter at all as 99.9% of the time i've zero interest in ever using him sexually.

correction:  there are two times i can think of that size does matter.  1) when larger than average there is a tendency to be a poor lover as they think the penis gives them some magic pleasing power, and 2) larger than average needs to be used with special care not to hurt me and my cervix.

Hell, yes! Size matters if your sub will be used sexually.Too long and it becomes a harpoon, too tiny and you are not sure when it's in!The tiny ones are amusing though and the thick and not too tall ones-if they know how to do their thing- can be indescribably delicious. Yes and no. I prefer the larger side of average, 6" to 8" at max. And just give me some girth and I am a happy woman, go figure.  I like grade A penis, but it's the entire package, the man himself that matters.

Usually this method of measuring ie: pressing the measuring device into your pubic bone, is not a common practice in most surveys of this type.Not using this method, i am 3.75 inches fully erect.

From my male point of view, my penis size matters, to me, far less than when I was younger and could still present at 6.75 inches.  That is because I can no longer get it up anymore now anyway.
 
So I take it to my dommes, just as it is, and (somewhat in the spirit of TammyJo's philosophy) let THEM decide what they want to do about it, if anything.  Invariably, they choose to mock it for remaining small (and let me beat off for comic relief) and everybody, myself included, goes away having had a good time.  As some here have said, it is not the size, but what you do with it, that matters.

At a perfectly average 6.000 inches (okay so I didn't measure QUITE that accurately) I don't have a problem with myself, and my little girl (5'2" or so, I think, and a virgin until I got my hands on her) wouldn't be happy if I had to stop mid thrust to avoid wrecking her cervix during sex.  In several positions, she's whining from depth of penetration as it is.
