Yes, they do according to the m & m site. What we haven't discussed yet is what helps prevent it. Along with aftercare comes precare, and this you do yourself. I won't play if I haven't eaten that day yet. Or if I'm already thirsty or overtired. We've learned that those kinds of things can cause subdrop to be much worse. As well as can cause me to hit a bad space during play needing an immediate end to it with me in a bad place, being very needy and emotionally all over the place. And this is my responsibility, to say wait, I need water and a power bar first or a half hour nap or to be cuddled first if I'm having a rough day. I have to assess my own state and see what I need to be in the best possible shape before play. You wouldn't run a marathon if you hadn't eaten properly for days or hadn't slept, neither should you play hard in that shape.
