My neighbors' dogs are bothering the cats. I know both and cats are owned by the same person. I was giving Meanie a leftover chicken sandwich when the dogs ran up to the kitchen porch, making Meanie climb up to the roof. Trouble was up there already.

I want to keep the dogs away because the cats are skinny and winter will be coming soon.

I have been watching the Dog-whisperer and his advice is that you own the porch and wherever the dogs are not allowed. Make sure that they get the message.
