Welcome to the boards. Know that this isn't something that happens within X number of time. Some take months and sometimes years to find their one.

Don't ever settle. Be sure of who you're going to commit yourself to. Some wise advice from one who's been there.

Lawd Gawd, you're in NY. Look up munches and events in your area, get out there and meet real people if you haven't already done so. Chance to make new friends who live the lifestyle and make some connections. Google is your friend.

Welcome to CM.  You have a blank profile apart from saying you are willing to travel.  Maybe add some information about yourself, not just kink information but about things that make you interesting as a person, what you are looking for and what you have to bring to a relationship

OMFG, this is not being done in any way to disparage you.  But apparently the adage of "patience is a virtue" does not register with you.  I've had 5 Doms in 7 yrs, none was the one.  I will not settle and am willing to wait for however long it takes.  If it happens, great for me, if it doesn't I will not settle.  I deserve the best and so does the Dominant who chooses me. 

And bub, I'm a lot older than you.  I've learned that fast results don't equal good results.  The Dommes I know and respect are not looking for the submissive who is willing to go with the first one who comes along.  Not unless there's electricity in the air and chemistry to break through the stratosphere.  That's pretty rare for both sides.
