sweetickle -> R u ticklish? (10/20/2010 8:39:45 AM)

I just joined and did a search for my fav fetish, tickling. Was surprised to see so many negative responses (along with positive ones.) In my experience, most women either aren't ticklish or enjoy it if their limits are respected. That can mean keeping it to a few playful squeezes to a playful tickle fight to full-on tied up tickling madness. I tickling so playful, sexy and positive. I wonder if guys out there are giving tickling a bad name by not doing it right? Being too aggressive? Too harsh? Not being in tune with what the woman wants? Hmmm... Ladies, I'd like to hear your thoughts on this. Guys too, if you're into this. P.S. Nothing makes women happier then when they find out I'm ticklish, too, by the way. [;)] P.P.S. I know there is at least one member in the Los Angeles area who knows exactly what I'm talking about. If you're reading this, you know who you are!

It's just like everything else. Some people like it, some people don't.

I for one *hate* *hate* *hate* being tickled. It really doesn't matter how it's done, I don't like how it feels. But, I also don't like flannel, and some silks, and can't stand to pick-up a peach.

Anyone tries to tickle me and I will try to kill them.

TickledToDeath -> RE: R u ticklish? (10/20/2010 9:01:36 AM)

I am extremely ticklish. A switch. Into all forms and styles of tickling really. From mild to wild, soft and sensual to intense and absolutely merciless(as both the tickler and the ticklee)tickle torture! {partial to the latter, again as both ler and lee}
Everyone has their own take and desires when it comes to tickling. Some totally hate it. Others like it others love it while some will tolerate it.
There is no real common denominator.
Some like to be tickled hard, really digging in to the ribs and sides, while others need a more lighter touch.
Its not a "one size fits all" passion(I dislike the term "fetish" really...makes it abnormal sounding)
Sadly I have found over the many years......there are what appears to be more men into this than there are women for the most part.
There are indeed many women out there who are into tickling.....however, as soon as they post, guys pile on to them like a pack of wild hungry dogs on a side of beef and that above all scares them off and away.

Gimme an old fashioned flogging anyday.  Not into tickling.

sweetickle -> RE: R u ticklish? (10/20/2010 9:38:31 AM)

Ahh, I totally get it. Creepy tickle dudes! I've seen the comments. Be cool guys, let the ladies express themselves. Give them some room! By the way, if anyone wants to respond privately me to me I'm cool to talk to and I won't creep you out. I promise. Buuuuut, you might creep me out, of course. Okay, so, here's the rules: no creeping anybody out! Love ya! [;)]

DesFIP -> RE: R u ticklish? (10/20/2010 10:05:45 AM)

I find that most people have bad experiences with being tickled nonconsensually while underage by a sibling/cousin/other who wanted to hurt or humiliate them. And that's why we don't like it as adults, it's very much linked to unpleasant memories.

ChicagoSubRyan -> RE: R u ticklish? (10/20/2010 10:25:24 AM)

I really love to be tickled, actually...

This may be true for some people.. but for me, it's all about hating the sensation..

sweetickle -> RE: R u ticklish? (10/20/2010 11:36:11 AM)

I'm sure that is true. However, at least one girl who has become a total tickle lover used to get TORTURED by her family. They used to put her in the "tickle booth" (made of the adults' legs, I believe) and tickle her to death. Now she finds it empowering and exciting to find pleasure in what used to be kind of awful. Again, it has to be performed correctly.

Ait -> RE: R u ticklish? (10/20/2010 11:37:06 AM)

Yes. But I don't really consider it erotic. Tickle fights are for when I'm feeling silly. Granted, after I end up on the floor and snuggly afterwards something might happen but it's not a fetish for me.

sweetickle -> RE: R u ticklish? (10/20/2010 12:03:50 PM)

Totally cool. Yeah, it's not always in the "fetish" range but it is, at the very least, fun.

Can I tickle you with flannel gloves? [sm=LMAO.gif]

This.
Other experiences linked to unpleasant memories have proved to be powerfully self-affirming and sensual when done correctly, but tickling is not one of them. Non-negotiable hard limit for me.

poise -> RE: R u ticklish? (10/20/2010 1:56:39 PM)

I'm pretty sensitive in many areas, and often times tickling can be a quiet joy-filled experience.
It's all in the approach for me...if you come at me and start poking around under my chin...I will bite......hard!

sweetickle -> RE: R u ticklish? (10/20/2010 2:10:06 PM)

Okay, soooo... any other women who love tickling? Or get turned on from it. Or kid of like it? Or can somewhat tolerate it? So far I am not doing real well on this board, ladies! I think I'm a lone tickle wolf. Well, me and Ryan from Chicago, apparently.

sweetickle -> RE: R u ticklish? (10/20/2010 2:11:39 PM)

Wait! Forget my last post. I missed this one! Yay Poise! =)

Tickling... hhhhmmmmm yes and no..... I like to have my back, butt, arms, neck etc tickled. I DO NOT like to have my legs tickled, for some reason, my shins are VERY sensitive (May go back to the days when my baby sister use to kick me in the shins with hard shoes when she got mad :o)) and it drives me NUTS!!!!! I love sensual tickling using fingertips, feather..... that is all I have had used on me so far.
