According to an ABC New Report on 10 20 2010 Bill Clinton lost the bisket. This is what a card that the President always carries with him at all times, it has the code to open the case that can lanuch the missles. I bet the later found it in that closet floor, next to the oval officeunder Monica dress.

Oh, my god, Lucy! I can't believe how DUMB that man is!!! I must have been trying to block the bad memory of a barely literate man running the country into the ground for 8 years. I wish Bill Clinton had been elected before the two term limit for the Presidency was enacted. We sure wouldn't have to still be dealing with horrible the effects of a that total (W)anker who came in after Clinton.

Strangely the device that the POTUS uses to enter the launchcodes to initiate a nuclear launch is not called a biscuit or bisket. It is called the football. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuclear_football The POTUS cannot lose the football since he never handles it. It is carried at all times by a military officer assigned to that task.

It depends on what the meaning of "is" is. Please somebody, explain the meaning of "is" to me. If we can not agree on the meaning of is, is, Then how can anybody understand the meaning of the words in the constitution or bible.

Do you remember when Clinton was the first black president and Obama was not really black enough? Remember "french postcards? maybe if the bisket was printed on the back of one then he might not have misplaced it, or we could look in his bathroom for the bisket.
