God I hate country and western music, what a bunch of miserable fucks. The only happy ones are Dolly Parton and Miley Cyrus and they are far too happy for my liking.

You should perhaps get out more.
Many of Toby Keiths songs, as but one in a long list of exceptions, are happy, even humorous.

Everybody should hear Beer for my Horses and I love This Bar and I'm as Good Once every now and again.
Not sure of that last title, but it's a takeoff on "I'm not as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was".
