I know many MtFs who would be delighted to be submissive to a straight male. As with so many similar questions, I imagine that your problem is less one of availability than it is of standards. Many MtFs do not look like magazine girls, nor do they wish to be dehumanized, caused pain or made into a third wheel. They also do not wish to be fetishized (or at least not by those who do not value their true beauty). Their standards may make them appear unavailable as a class. This probably makes it seem to you as though there were 'no' MtFs out there, when in fact your brain is just editing out those whom you deem unattractive or who find you unattractive.
I dated an MtF for 2.5 years. She was much stronger, taller, and bristlier than me. Though everyone who met her could tell that she was genetically a man, she was the sweetest, most sensual lay I've ever had; and she was also one of the most morally correct people I've ever met. MtFs are not objects. They are amazing, wonderful people - just like you.
MtFs really are the best of both worlds, but it's important to accept them as women even if they don't look it. You'll have a lot more success that way. You can find t-girls at industrial clubs, gay clubs, and LGBT centers in your area. Most of them, though, are so lonely that they are extremely vulnerable to those who would take advantage of them romantically. I urge you to accept that it is your responsibility to be kind to them and be aware of your inordinate emotional power over this socially-oppressed minority.
Many of them will have non-functioning penises because they are taking hormones but don't want to lost the ability to orgasm (they may orgasm through prostate manipulation or flaccid stimulation); many will not have functioning vaginas. Some may have psychological issues, be overweight, or have receding hairlines. Most t-girls do not look like porn stars. To be able to appreciate your available options, you will probably have to learn to appreciate beauty that is not overtly apparent. Good luck.
