I remember writing something in my journal that I thought of when I read this post.
Boredom, or the fear of it, causes me to try self improvement things like weight lifting and aerobic exercise, but it can also lead me into things that are not exactly self improving. I’ll read profiles, I’ll post to message boards, I’ll follow links, I’ll get into a conversation with a woman who wants me to shave her head. I can act perfectly normal when I hear kinks that most would mumble their particular religious chant over. My strong point is listening and making the talker feel okay. Yeah, yeah, I know most of you would not waste your time with such perverts, but I’m bored. What can I say?
