I hate it. The stuffs not wet n yet when cold or wet season comes around it always feels like dry bedding is , moist

It might actually be getting damp, depending on the humidity in the garage and the temperature.

You may have some condensation, since your garage isn't heated.

A good example of condensation is dew on the grass. Another would be if you had clothes hanging on the line and you left something out that was dry overnight, in the morning it could feel a little damp.

The air is moist.  The garage is not sealed off to outside air like the rest of the house is.

Concrete is a sponge for moisture. Once it starts cooling, it begins to release some of that moisture.

Pa I'm not sure how cold or what the humidity but given it rainedhard all day probably high?

May I suggest using those vacuum bags that seem to pop up on late night TV?

I use them to store bedding and some leather gear and when packed I suck out excess air with my vacuum cleaner.

I did this with a doona a few years back and recently dragged it out and it was fine and Ive used these bags with sleeping bags as well.

Sir pumpy those are handy. Ours kept re inflating though and never held their seal:(
