Answer to both : VERY And on top of it, sex offenders are using the caregiver status to circumvent the age requirements in senior facilities and restrictions on proximity to schools, parks etc. Nearly 60% of the registered sex offenders in Menifee are "senior care givers" living in the communities restricted to seniors.
