????

You can't be fired by your union.

That's management's call.

You don't work for the union. This, is fact, is something for which he should file a grievance.

Not buying it, video or no.

Juan Williams couldn't be fired by CAIR.

That was NPR's call.

Juan Williams didn't work for CAIR. That is fact.

NPR didn't fire Juan Williams until after CAIR demanded he be fired. That is fact.

CAIR isn't a union. THAT is fact.

That's interesting. I didn't know you still had closed shop jobs where joining the union was compulsory in the 'States.

Hell, in California you have to join the SEIU in order to take care of a sick old relative. At least, if you want to get in on the state program that pays people to take care of their family members who are ill.

How fucked up is that?

That you have to join the SEIU or that the state actually pays you for fulfilling your familial responsibilities?

Answer to both : VERY

And on top of it, sex offenders are using the caregiver status to circumvent the age requirements in senior facilities and restrictions on proximity to schools, parks etc. Nearly 60% of the registered sex offenders in Menifee are "senior care givers" living in the communities restricted to seniors.
