Is this what you are looking to build?

Seems like a very simple design - two pieces of wood that attach together with two screws and wingnuts.

Yes, there u can see a humbler. Its very easy, thats why i wanna build it. But i need some meassurements to get the right size.

Tommorrow i will post the dimensions of the one i made, it took some trial and error on the hole size and thickness (how far it stretched the balls) mine is currently made out of two scrap pieces of 2x4 that are lacquer heavily. My new one is going to be made out of red oak.

I have made a made a few humblers, but not like the one shown on te wiki page. That is what i call a curved or 3 dimensional humbler. and also harder to make then a flat , 2 dimensional one like the ones i have made.
I will post a link to the style i have made but one thing i want to point there is a design flaw in the one i took pictures off. You really do not want a round hole in the center. you would want an oval or slot type hole
http://www.slavechris.com/Files/humbler/h.html

I took a piece of 1/2 inch by 3 inch red oak, 3 feet long. Cut it in half. clamped the pieces together to form a 1/2 inch thick, 6 inches wide piece of wood. 18 inches long.
I then took a compass and made a 5 1/2 inch circle based on the center point. this is the outside curve of the middle of the humbler. i then marked lines across it so each half was 1 1/4 inches wide on each half .
I then drilled an 1 1/4 inch hole in the center of it. My big  MISTAKE. it should have been a 3/4 inch high by 1 wide slot or oval , then elongate to good fit.  the round hole would work, but when the balls are slack, you can escape by pushing one ball though at a time through a 1 1/4 inch hole.

I then cut the shape as seen. I attached a small brass hinge on one end. on the other i used a 3 inch long brass hinge pin (they sell then in packs of 2 for like 3 bucks) , cut the hinge pin to length and drilled a hole on the end to put a lock through. you could just use a 3 inch long 1/4 X 20 bolt and use wing nuts or something on each end also.

one thing is the flat humbler will pull the ball sack further back, so you you are forced into a more bnt over position then with a curved humbler

a unique invention i made,, is a humbler stocks.. link is off my main page

edited to fix a measurement

oh, one other mention.. if you have never worked with red oak,, it is a hard wood. but looks awesome when clear poly is on it. If you want to save money, incase you might make a mistake use pine. pine is also softer and alot easier to work with. so if you goof on the first attempt, it doesn't hurt the wallet or muscles

Many thanks for your help.
Specially the information about the hole is very interesting and important. I hope i have soon the time to build my own.
Im happy to own all toys i need for wood-work, but im not sure if i can build a good looking one like you.

Again thank you for all the informations.
