i will be getting one with his spirit guide animal on it and intwined into a celtic stwist will be his initals so they are not obvious i love his spirit animal so its somthing that is close to me as well as him so its also neutural but his if you get my drift. but you need to make it personal to both of you

I just got my first tattoo, after thinkiing about it for about 8 yrs. It was something I really wanted. Now I am also thiinking about my next tattoo, I also want it to symbolize my relationship with my Dom, while being something I will love forever. We have already thought of using an animal, but I want it to include something that symbolizes our lifestyle but that most others wouldn't get. I was considering putting a collar on the animal that matches the collar my Dom gives me. I don't have a collar yet, but I think having that in my tattoo would be cool, because I am a submissive and with the right man would always be submissive.

I designed my own tattoo for her. It was centered around the concept of obedience. I haven't had her tattoo'd yet though and I'm thinking I need to update the design. Times have changed since I originally drew it and "obedience" may no longer be the most important thing anymore. Somehow, I may need to explore the concept of "ownership" without being trite. So no "property of Jeff" tattoos for Carol *laughs*.

We are currently in the process of designing...well...something other than a tattoo for our permanent marking enjoyment.  I find there are symbols in so many venues of life that it is easy to convey a whole lot with no words at all.  Ours has a bent toward ownership communicated in mathematical terms.  It is definitely not something that will be found on any other person but me.  For our purposes, the design has to be fairly simple.  Should be interesting to see how it turns out.

i agree with the" something symbolic of your relationship to each other"... my Daddy and i have talked about the same thing, i love the idea. He has basically come up with the idea/design, i added another idea to the one he presented.. we both like the same color... now it is a matter of WHERE to place it. Again, basically will be up to him, he knows some of the limitations i have and why.... time will tell.

The tattoo that the Master of you finds pleasing would be the one and only tattoo to choose to mark your body with in honor of him. However, keep in mind that once tattooed this will serve as a permanent marking, unless if you decide to remove the tattoo by way of the various techniques that aid in removing the majority of the tattoo, in some instances.

I agree completely! Get something meaningful and a nod to your Master, but if you ever part, still a nice tattoo by itself.

I would get a tat that you both like, and something not too specific. (I love Bart Simpson).. You never knoe where both of you are gonna be in 15 years :)

Stay away from tatts of faces with Hitler like hair under the nose...... However there are many variations of the celtic basket weave, triangles and whatnot. For me I  will decide and design the tattoo a girl will have and where it will be placed.  For me I will have a small tatt on the upper inner thighs (Aye both legs) which will simply state "OWNED BY IB @ BC " However over her pubic mound I have a design ready which is basically a triple triangle in Celtic fashion with open basket weave and in eavh point there are mage symbols The point is facing up toward her navel. She will get this the day I re-collar her as mine. The design can be activated by someone trained as a binding too.

Regarding other body tatts. I have no issues except that when I choose to decorate her body with needles at times the existing tatts get in the way and screw the final picture up aesthetically.

Since most relationships don't stand the test of time, it's recommend you not get one until the relationship is about ten years old. Otherwise you'll still have it with you when you're with all the other guys you'll know in your lifetime. And they may dislike you having a series of tats all dedicated to different men.
