This subject came up on another thread and I was curious how people feel about it. If you've looked at the options that are now available in replying to email, you've seen that there are several buttons that include some for automatic responses. Since email responses and the new improvements are an almost constant topic, I'm just wondering if they are being utilized.

There have been some auto reply options for awhile, for almost 2 years at least. More options are probably better, and one can always tweak them to one's liking by changing a word here or there. I have not had need to use them in quite some time, but was using a varient of one of them before I went into hiding. It saved me time, in the daily thanks but no thanks when I knew I was already committed.

Auto replies have been up for me for a year at least. I don't use them--I can't see the difference between autoreply and cut and paste... if someone merits a reply, I can type it.

i used to use them, but like LP, I use firefox, and they had disappeared on mine. i like them since they can be edited- i like to personalise my rejections.

They've added a bunch of them, as there were only a couple of them before now. And I like the other new feature of when you read a message, if you scroll down, you can see the message history (you used to have to hit "reply" to be able to read the history or click the envelope icon). Cali
