This question is not exactly aimed at the domme’s in relationships with slaves, I think I am aiming it more towards those amongst you with a stable of worshipping hebitches, do you think the age gap between you and the slaves that serve you is important?. I know I lot of you don’t (I generally don’t think it is myself within reason) I just wanted to see your thoughts on the issue.

Overall I tend to prefer younger men and women this might relate to the fact that at university I interact with folks in their 20s all the time and I'm still routinely asked if I'm 25 (I'm not by the way).

My siblings were 17-21 years older than me but I had neices and nephews my own age and younger. I grew up with younger people and a lot older people in slightly different ways. The younger I could protect and teach; the older ones frankly just cause problems as far as I could see.

Perhaps this also partly explains my preference for my age or younger.

More importantly though I need someone who has similar cultural references and similar interests.

Fox is, by the way, 11 years younger than me.

i dont care about gaps.. as long as he can serve i'm cool.. i do have a minimum age.

when it comes to older slaves i'm concerned more about health issues, suspension bondage..and how they respond to chastity.. past a certain age of my slaves.. chastity isn't demanded.

older slaves are ok.. just gotta take a few more precautions

Interesting question.
I don't have a preference, but I am aware that there are differences.
To make some kind of gross generalizations....
I find the older ones to be more calm, confident in their role, and mannerly.
The younger ones are a bit more spirited, eager to learn, and energetic.
Either is fun to play with.
Either is fun to watch movies with.

(And I just wanted to clarify that I don't call any of my submissives hebitches, whether they want me to or not.)

My sub is 9 years younger than I am and I know from past experience I wouldn't want someone who was more/less then 10 years difference in ages. Thats just what works for me.

Age is a number, I'd go on maturity more.  In saying that tho' I tend to go for older or at least close in age subs.  I've done the Mum thing and feel younger subs that want this are not for me.

Age, in my mind, is generally irrelevant. That being said I am going to contradict myself and say that I have always attracted and been attracted to younger women for the most part. Granted I am looking at this from less a BDSM point of view and more of a vanilla female/female relationship because of my past. The older women that I have been exposed to were usually bi women that were married and just looking for a little something on the side....not my thing or lesbians that more closely resembled men than women.......also not my thing. BUT, were I around women that are in my age group or older and did not fit either of those two categories I can totally see myself being interested. Which reminds me.....its almost time for the Farmers Markets and there is one woman I always see there.......oh myyyyy........

Yeah ,i agree that nothing to do with age .Older one 're more experienced ,better in serving .Younger one 're less experienced ,but more energetic and studious .Sometimes i think it'd be nice to own both a older one and younger one .What a balance ,lol .Anyway ,the gap between i and my doggy 's 10 yrs ,but i dont think i have time to train a younger one now .
Well ,i think that there's no age in bdsm , if u were born to be ,u' ll be  irrespective of age.

Doesn't matter, though I do like older ones, they seemed to be more seasoned.
Although I wouldn't consider seeing anyone under 21.

Intentional or not, I end up with subs 5-10 years older than me most of the time. There just aren't a whole lot of het/bi male submissives in Las Vegas my age. As these young men mature into boys I may end up with a different range, but I'm not really picky about it. I've always been comfortable around people older than me, and I find a lot of men a bit older (up to 20 years) are still quite attractive. I don't have any set maximum age, but as long as I can look at a person without cringing I'm ok. My ideal "type" is fairly specific, but I deviate happily all the time.

age really doesn't matter, but my dog and slave is 15 yrs younger than me, he is my stepbrother, I started to use him for some of my personal works which are used to be done by the maids, it was not diffcicult to train him for some works of maids at early age, I was 23 yrs old then !

Age does matter...in regards to being dominated..it is quite exciting to be under the command of a younger mistress...more power exchange....while with an older one there is more of a mother/ protected atmosphere

I see things much as you do.
 
Going on 62, I've been under dommes who range in age from 19-54 and thought it worked out great to everyone's delight.
 
If it many any difference, I roleplayed in a way in which my age was not apparent to the camera.
