Is there some problem why when I reply to a message my own user ID pops up in the 'To' field? I don't want to message myself, just the person I'm responding to. Is there something I can do about this and if so, what exactly?

You need to contact support. Here's a link: http://www.collarme.com/support.asp?bhcp=1 Other than that, you can try replacing your name in the 'to' field with the name of the person that you are replying to.
