You seem confused Popeye....I have no,zero, zip, nada influence on whether or not Nancy Pelosi is elected minority leader.I will mention this though...the fact that most of the Democrats voted out of office were of  a conservative bent....will go a long ways towards her retaining her Democratic leadership role....and I'm not so sure that's a bad thing...She fought long and hard to wrestle Health Care reform thru the House. She has been a strond advocate for the President's agenda....and she will be a competant and voracious fighter against Republican attempts to roll back what gains were made in the last 2 years.

She and Biden are both such Gaffetastics.
At least Biden has a certain charisma.

Don't you have Bachmann in your party....didn't she make the same error you did.Be careful when you identify "gaffetastics" you're liable to hear about 200 million a day.....and Sharia law in dearborn Mich.
What you won't hear is about any recent Supreme Court decisions.....or any clarification concerning the headless bodies in the desert.

Mike, the bar is currently set at a Democrat Congressman who was afraid one of our airbases was going to make the island it was on tip over and sink. It's going to take some doing to top that.

And then he goes and gets re-elected?

Congressman Hank Johnson won re-election Tuesday by an overwhelming margin, soundly defeating his Republican challenger in Georgia's Fourth Congressional District. Johnson won 75% of the vote, the widest margin of victory in any of Georgia's Congressional races.

Agreed....I certainly concede that there are idiots in both parties....the difference I see is that you're party tends to celebrate and elevate those who should be kept in a quiet corner.Strange but true.

Either the bar was the last place Johnson was at before that hearing.

Do Congressman have to take random drug tests?

Listen to him talk, he's either stoned or drunk.

Congressman (and candidates, even more so) often put in the kind of hours that lead to serious mental exhaustion, and any latent stupidity coming to the fore, but a belief that islands float? Are you suggesting he's on acid or something?

I'm suggesting there is some problem there.

I watched his news interviews too and he made just as little sense.

Interesting. Besides one comment about "we have to pass the bill to see what's in it," I have yet to see a valid criticism of something Nancy Pelosi has said or done during her tenure that would make her such a lightning rod for Republicans. What is it, boys? What, exactly, is so repulsive about her policies that you just can't bear to see her in the public realm?

Occam's razor says...

He's an utter moron, and 75% of the voters in his district are ok with that. That's your bar for dumbasses being sent into our House of Representatives, libs. Beat it, or shut the fuck up.
