I had an intrauterine sonogram with a probe.  The tech hit the right spots and I left a very noticeable stain on the exam table paper.   I did try to stifle my moans.

No. Anything that puts me in a laboratory or scientific setting gets me right into "work mindset", which is not conducive to being turned on in the least. I *can* do very competent medical play, and I have access to a lot of specialty gear, but it does nothing for me so I generally don't bother.
