There are some nice hookers in parts of L.A that wear nylons and heels, as well as a fav of mine, sneakers and white socks..
I've paid some of these women to walk all over my back/legs in back alleys, discreet parking lots, empty building lobbies, or wherever thee was a sense of privacy. For the mean time, I've stopped doing this over one concern;Police.
Now here's my question: is it illegal for a woman to walk on a guy in public? Is the act in itself wrong, or the part when money's involved?

In my role as amateur lawyer I'm saying prostitution isn't illegal solicitation is.

(Whatever that means)

The money plays no part, since sex is not involved.  It's no different than paying a masseuse.

Trampling might be considered assault, but that's a stretch.  I can't see any cop concerning himself with this, especially when there are rapes and murders to be worked on.  You might even find the cops grateful that you've let the hooker earn some cash with a legal activity.

I think the police would just tell you to move on because you're a public nuisance or for lewdness or disturbing the peace. I think most would just give you strange looks, asking what you are doing and then tell you to move on and get a hotel room.
