My response to being dominated is pretty much the mirror image of this. I get aroused, I get erections, but submission is such an intense erotic experience in itself that being aroused makes me want to explore it further rather than stopping to have sex. But afterwards, unless I've been allowed to ejaculate as part of the proceedings, there's lingering sexual tension that can definitely be channeled into other activities.
